Rory Paddock looks across Wednesday's action and pinpoints a handful of runners from Wexford, Naas and Doncaster to get stuck into. 14:38 WEXFORD
A drop down to this two-mile trip could be the answer for You Oughta Know, who aims to take his first chase victory. Has gone off as the clear favourite in both of his starts over the bigger obstacles and wasn't far away when filling the runners-up spot last time. Representing the powerhouse yard of Willie Mullins he makes a ton of appeal.
Le Coq Hardi hails from another of Ireland's big jumps yards as Henry De Bromhead's charge is a consistent type having finished in the top three in four of his last five starts. Not easy to win with and looks to play second fiddle once more.
YOU OUGHTA KNOW (WIN)
17:37 NAAS
Cardiff By The Sea might still have her maiden tag, but she's got the best form on offer after a good fourth in the Queen Mary at Royal Ascot. This is a weaker contest, and it could be third time lucky that she makes her first trip to the winners' enclosure.
Former course and distance winner Havana Anna makes plenty of appeal and represents a top-class yard.
British raiders Duskaura and Lam Yai shouldn't be ignored and could outrun their odds.
CARDIGG BY THE SEA (WIN)
18:10 NAAS
A competitive sprint contest where sixteen runners are set to go to post.
It's concerning that Gordon Bennett hasn't won since September 2022 but he's put in some eye-catching efforts so far this term. At the age of seven he's far from 'past it' and as a previous course and distance winner should go close.
Jon Riggens has been lightly raced this year and should be fresher than most. He will come on leaps and bounds for his seasonal return, and could go well.
Of the remainder, I Bid You Ajou, Cold Hearted, and Sunday Sovereign look best of the rest.
GORDON BENNETT (E/W)
18:40 NAAS
Sky Majesty was farm from disgraced in the Commonwealth Cup at Ascot and this presents an easier test. Trainer William Haggas sends the filly over the Irish Sea and wouldn't do so unless she had a great chance. Looks the one to beat.
Super Sox is making her long-awaited return to action after close to 300 days on the sidelines, likely to need the run, but if she were at her best, would be a major player.
Course and distance winners Carla Ridge and Sparkling Sea could sneak into the placings with Charasson one to consider at a big price.
SKY MAJESTY (WIN)
19:45 NAAS
Comanche Brave has only won once in his seven-race career, but he's gone close at the highest level, including his recent third when the short-priced favourite for the Jersey Stakes. Now up against older horses, he'll benefit from a sizable weight for age allowance, and with less of a burden to carry, looks set to bounce back to form.
Expanded is another three-year-old who's still got room to grow and should be there or thereabouts.
Of the older horses, Bravais looks the biggest danger to the selection.
COMANCHE BRAVE (WIN)
19:55 DONCASTER
Top-weight Panama Black hasn't won on turf so far, but a drop down to Class 6 company should be very helpful for Brian Meehan's charge. With an eye-catching jockey booking and an unfortunate run last time out, he looks primed for a big performance.
Coeur Jaune and We've Got This have been consistent types, and another bold run from the duo seems likely.
Echo Of Glory will appreciate a return to turf after a disappointing effort on the all-weather last time out, and more can be expected here.
