15:42- PONTEFRACT

Rosy Affair has been going well, without getting her head in front. She’s posted her best results over six furlongs and she could go well over this distance again. Stormy Impact has ran well a few times this year and comes here off the back of a victory at Wolverhampton. She’s not out of this. No Alibi is stepped up in grade but looks a promising sort. Connections wouldn’t come here for just a day trip.

NO AlIBI (WIN)

16:12- PONTEFRACT

Mr Lightside hasn’t had an easy time of it lately but he’s down in the weights. A return to five furlongs could spark something in him. Dan Tucker won over course and distance last month and he can be forgiven for his Goodwood no-show, as that was on heavy. He’s a major player. Ventura Express is no stranger to this course and distance, only just missing out by a nose here on his last start. He’s not been penalties smh h for that and this race should be run to suit him.
