SUNDAY SELECTIONS

Kieran McHugh pinpoints two runners he's siding with to end the week with some winners. 14:20 MARKET RASEN

Circuit Breaker has spent most of his time on the All-Weather recently and makes his return to hurdling after a year’s absence. This could be a difficult task. Outer Banks won by 13 lengths on his handicap debut at Wetherby, but he has been off for nearly a year. He could be vulnerable. Sunshine Diamond has been runner-up on his last two starts, and connections are in good form. He’s consistent over three, and Bradley Harris’ claim only helps the cause. He ticks most of the boxes.

SUNSHINE DIAMOND (E/W)

15:05 MUSSELBURGH

My Way won extremely well at Ascot before a no-show in the Welsh National. He could bounce back carrying top weight is a worry. Grozni won the Borders National last time out, and that was a good performance. If he puts a similar effort in today, he’s a danger. The vote goes to Bodhisattva. He may have needed his reappearance in the Borders National and he was second in this last year. He’s 6lbs lower this time around, and he can finally land a big one.
