Toby Darby heads to the Curragh this Sunday and picks out his best two bets on the card.

Tasmania had some decent form over in France as a three-year-old and was only seen once last season, finishing well beaten in the Pretty Polly. She made a decent comeback with a second-place run this season and could easily bounce back, but at the current odds, she’s just too short for me.
One Look had a few of these behind her when pushing Porta Fortuna close over a mile earlier in the year, but stepping up in trip might just stretch her. Naomi Lapaglia definitely won’t mind the trip or the ground and looks like good value at an each-way price — she’s my pick here.
NAOMI LAPAGLIA (E/W)

Diego Velazquez didn’t show much at Royal Ascot, but this is a drop in grade and he’s expected to do better.
Room Service has run well in a couple of Group 3s this season despite things not going his way. A strong pace here should suit his hold-up style, and a bit of rain would help — though he doesn’t need it. The fact his trainer has sent him over says a lot, and I think he’s got a real shot.
Vespertilio finished strongly over 6f last time, and this extra distance should suit. She gets weight from the boys and could sneak into the places at a nice price.
