Viviana is interesting up in trip on handicap debut, as is Qazaq, who has been threatening to win a handicap of this nature, and the first time cheek pieces could help motivate.

It’s hard to look past course and distance winner Yaaser. He likes it here, and even taking into account his age, he’s almost a stone lower than when winning here almost the same time last year, and his latest run was more than encouraging.

A handicap of mostly exposed runners of which Lahina Bay and Nordic Glory wil probably run their races.

The two least exposed are three year olds Cape Tornado and Gal.

Gal had shown very little in Ireland before a promising run at Bath for new connections, however, Cape Tornado looks the type to win a couple more before the handicapper catches up with him, and he’s the clear pick.
