TODAY'S TIPS (MONDAY)
Matt Polley heads to Kempton for his best bets to kick-start the week as he pinpoints two runners worth following.
18:45 KEMPTON
Fight Your Corner must be quite a difficult horse to train for some reason, with only six races under his belt at the age of five. He clearly has a fair amount of ability, and if all is well, he should run really well.
Loblolly is consistent, but probably in the grip of the handicapper.
A chance is taken with Gilet. He’s run some decent races in defeat here, and this race could be run to suit him, and see him run into a place at least.

20:15 KEMPTON
A few intriguing runners in this staying handicap, notably Electric Gambler. He achieved a basement mark over inadequate trips, but showed plenty more when upped in trip at Wolverhampton last time. This stoutly bred three year old should be suited by this further step up in distance.
The other horse in here that could be much better than his mark is Public Enemy. He’s aborted an average jump campaign, and although hasn’t shown much on the flat in this country, he’s related to some very good horses, and it might be worth taking the chance.
