Alan Morris points out three runners across Nottingham and Yarmouth this Thursday as he aims to bash the bookies.
15.20 YARMOUTH
I’m not sure why I’m tipping another infrequent winner, maybe the weather is causing a malfunction but Existent looks worth an each-way stab in a five-runner field over 5f under Zac Lloyd. This is his lowest grade since debut six years ago and he was exposed on the wrong side here at Yarmouth last time. 6f may suit a couple of the others more and a chance is taken if the five runners stand their ground.

16.17 NOTTINGHAM
Caraway looks a confident bet here, he made no mistake last time over 12f after two unfortunate runs and looked ready to step up in trip again to the 1m 6f he has here. The stoutly-bred 3yo was handicapped over 7f and a mile and has plenty of scope to rise further from a mark of 63. He beat some contenders from big stables last time adding further credence to his chances here. Unlike recent winner Song Of The Stars, Caraway has form with some cut. It’s likely something unexposed will improve for this distance but the favourite should progress beyond class six and see them off.
CARAWAY (WIN)
17.22 NOTTINGHAM
It could be a good day for Ceiren Fallon and he teams up again with South Shore Island for Lizzie Quinlan after a good effort on seasonal and stable debut over a shorter trip at Wetherby. The 6th furlong and first try in classified stakes could help the 4yo gelding break his maiden at the 26th attempt. Rambuso Creek is proving popular, also down in grade against some horses that may never win a race and they have this between them.
