TODAY'S TIPS (WEDNESDAY)

Former jockey turned Racing Daily pundit Liam Hall previews three races this Wednesday with action from Catterick and Fairyhouse. 14:00 CATTERICK

Classy Clarets was a smart winner at Musselburgh last time but weakened badly over course and distance late on so Filey Beach who has been freshened back up should take some stopping back over course and distance under Taryn Langley who has already tasted success on him here before.

FILEY BEACH (WIN)

17:08 FAIRYHOUSE

Argentarius holds the form here after finishing second on debut to a future Group 3 winner, that form is good enough to win this maiden unless there is a high class individual lurking amongst the newcomers. The best of the newcomers could be Golden Ring, the yards newcomers often don't get given too much of a hard race first time up but being a half sister to a smart two year old she could hold enough potential to hit the frame and therefore she's the each way cover bet.

ARGENTARIUS (WIN)

GOLDEN RING (E/W)

19:25 FAIRYHOUSE

This race should be all about Bamako Beach, second in two Maidens before not disgracing himself in the Irish 2000 Guineas when just over 7 lengths behind Gstaad, a repeat of that performance should be more than good enough. Sindagan has ran well in Maidens without looking like being quite good enough to win one and should chase home Bamako Beach here.
