A five runner class 2 maiden which includes three newcomers. Likely favourite Infraad is a son of Ghaiyyath, doesn't jump off the paper as one who would be in love with the likely heavy going. Affettuoso however is bred to relish under these conditions, his sire & dam won on heavy so this son of New Bay is the selection. Don't rule out likely outsider EL Loco who was too green on debut to show anything, will have improved plenty.

Electrical holds the best form in the lineup after winning on debut, found listed company too hot last time, drops back down in class and should be capable of being competitive under a penalty but the ground could be a big negative. King Of Earth has a stellar pedigree, half brother to a Group 1 winner and a Group 2 winner, this son of Kingman could be high quality but the ground also poses a question mark. Ataturk is bred to stay a lot further than this in time but is sure to handle the conditions, if able to go the gallop early doors then he should be seen to be finishing the strongest.
