Sam King has been in red-hot form and he picks out two selections not to ignore at Yarmouth and Doncaster this Friday. 15:33 YARMOUTH
Charlie Clover has been in excellent form of late for a small handler and he looks to have found a nice opening for the five-year-old Zafaan, who bounced back to form when runner-up over hurdles at Southwell last time. A good second over a mile and a half on the flat at Southwell earlier in the season, Charlie Clover's mount subsequently raced too freely when caught without cover at Wolverhampton next time out. You'd expect Callum Shepherd, who is well-known for his ability to settle potentially free-going horses, to bide his time here and in what looks like a weak classified event, he can double his career tally. Mond remains a maiden in Britain but could pose the main threat following a fair second in similar company at Lingfield last time.

The booking of Oisin Murphy catches the eye on Novello Lad, who looks ready to strike following a string of good efforts since returning from a wind-operation. Trained by Paul Midgley, this well-seasoned sprinter has been knocking on the door of late, including when beaten half a length into second over course and distance recently. He ran from 1lb out of the weights that day and can get back to winning ways at the chief expense of Age Of Baroque, who justified strong market support when scoring at Southwell last start.
