Quite a test on debut for some of these unraced 3yos over nearly 11f around Ripon’s undulations. Sea and Sun, Sun Lord and Picaro could be good prospects but today the street-smart course form and potential of Urchin should rule. Karl Burke has made his customary good start to the season and his Ulysses gelding has plenty of stamina in the pedigree to progress from his third over a mile last year.
