TODAYS TIPS (TUESDAY)

Liam Hall picks out his best two bets of the day this Tuesday with tips from Beverley and Thirsk. 15:00 BEVERLEY

The three horses here thst have had a run so far haven't shown enough to suggest they'll be winning a novice stakes so it'll be one of the three newcomers. Tanaka has plenty of winners in the pedigree but is out of low rated dam. Her sire Mehmas does strike with newcomers quite often however. Perfect Price is bred to be sharp being by Shaman and out of a Dutch Art dam, her half sister is a very smart handicapper. Pearl Fortune is by crack sprinter Blue Point but has bits of stamina in the pedigree to suggest she'll get further in time, the uphill finish of Beverley may suit her extra stamina and she holds a Lowther entry so she must've shown plenty at home.

Tardaff took a big step forward on her debut to finish second at Newmarket last time, wouldn't need to improve on that performance to be a huge danger here. Exposay ran well for a long way on debut but didn't see out the final furlong, the drop back in trip is sure to suit and should be still in there pitching inside the final furlong but may be seen at her best over even shorter. Bette Davis Eyes is bred smartly with the dam being placed twice over a mile as a two year old before winning over much further at three. This filly is by Blue Point so she holds I nice mix of speed and stamina and should be bang there if she knows her job on debut.
