TODAYS TIPS (TUESDAY)

Liam Hall gives his best bets of the day this Tuesday. 16:07 SEDGEFIELD

Harel Du Marais has been ultra competitive throughout the summer, was unlucky to unsest last time. Brian Hughes has a good record for this team so it's interesting to see him get jocked up on this 8 year old for the first time, he sets the standard here. Prospect House is another who has been ultra consistent but stepping away from his beloved Market Rasen to come to Sedgefield, a track he's never ran at before raises question marks on whether he can transfer his form to here. Delpotro is two from two at Sedgefield, up another 5lb and the drop back to two mile might catch him out this time. Chase A Fortune has a very strong record first time out for the season with his form standing at 2252 but he's s coming from a full year off this time around. Was second in a C&D chase in Oct '24' and is now 2lb lower, not easy to discount from the frame.

HAREL DU MARAIS & CHASE A FORTUNE (REVERSE FORECAST)

17:25 BATH

White Island makes her handicap debut in this nursery off a mark of 64 which looks quite lenient after finishing second in a maiden last time but that came on heavy so back on much faster ground raises huge doubts. Clipstone makes his handicap debut off a lowly mark of 50, being a half brother to a Group two winner and the fact he still remains a Colt may suggest alot more could come from him, that could also be said about the filly Mad Unicorn, being out of a dam who'd won twice as a two year old and been placed at Group level connections would've expected a much better horse than a 48 rated filly, she has the pedigree to make a mockery of this mark.
