Goodie Two Shoes arrives here on a hat-trick having won two Listed races in May, forging clear to win by six lengths over this trip before following up over two miles a couple of weeks later and beating the re-opposing Royal Entry in the process. With great balance between speed and power she should prove tough to beat.

Enfranchise only finished a couple of lengths behind Kyprios over this trip at Navan in April and wasn’t beaten far when third in the Group 3 Munster Oaks at Cork when last seen. She looks sure to be in the mix and give our selection the most to think about, with both Lemsairbat and Santorini Star capable if seeing out this longer trip.

Cogital has made the frame in three from four at the course and has been dropped 3lbs for a third-placed finish last time out, travelling well in to the race but unable to see out his challenge over two miles. This drop back in trip looks a positive and he’s one for the shortlist, however slight preference is for Mujid who won this race last season, one of two prior course victories, and returns off a 3lbs lower mark in a bid to retain his crown. Black Smoke carries a 4lbs penalty for victory last time out but could also have a say in the finish.
