Revoir looks likely to go off a short-priced favourite based on early markets, yet was beaten three lengths when fifth in a Listed contest at York last month and having won on heavy ground on debut may prefer slower conditions than she will get today. As such, preference is for Wujjood who finished eleven lengths clear of third when runner up at Newbury in July, only beaten by a progressive Sir Mark Prescott filly who excelled for the step up in trip. Azaniya is two from two on turf and looks the most likely to challenge our selection for victory.

Continuite was a beaten favourite in two runs last season but made no mistake when returning this year, winning by just over four lengths when racing over a mile here in July. Today sees a step up in trip but if proving her stamina she should be right there at the business end of the race. That said, preference is for Naomi Lapaglia who has twice made the frame in Listed races over ten furlongs and was less than three lengths behind Porta Fortuna when third in a Group 2 when racing over a mile in May. She needs to bounce back from a rare poor showing at the Curragh last time out but if returning to her best should be capable of victory here today,
