Both Dandy’s Angel and Casilli boast excellent records at the course and were only separated by a neck when second and third over an extended mile here two weeks ago. The former couldn’t follow up when turned out at the weekend and ready preference is for Casilli who is 8lbs below his last course and distance success and should relish the step back up to ten furlongs today.

Hold Your Fort is four from five over course and distance, with all four victories coming when James Best has been in the saddle. He returns to do the steering here, with the horse 2lbs below last winning mark, and should be capable of getting back to winning ways today.

Kick Up A Storm makes his chasing debut for a trainer and jockey who both do extremely well with their chasers at the course and despite the apparent lack of experience shouldn’t be underestimated, however the bigger danger could be Investment Manager who also loves it around here, making the frame in six from seven over track and trip (winning three). Racing off 120, he’s weighted to go well.
