BEST OF THE REST (SATURDAY)

16:45 NEWCASTLE

Trainer Iain Jardine has sent out a couple of big priced winners already this year and looks to claim another success here at Newcastle with bottom-weight Wee Fat Mac. A course and distance victor who has only finished out of the top four twice in 13 course starts and looks a solid option to make the frame yet again.

WEE FAT MAC (WIN)

17:00 CHELMSFORD

It's difficult to be overly confident about a horse that's only raced a handful of times in the past few years but based on their course form Champagne Supanova could potentially put their recent poor performances behind them. An each-way selection in what looks a very open contest.

The consistent Nordic Glory and Cut To The Chase have major claims.

19:00 WOLVERHAMPTON

Bang On The Bell hasn't entered the Winner's Enclosure in his last fourteen starts but now resides on a very attractive mark. Although this race looks ultra-competitive all things point towards a positive result for the six-year-old.

Fellow course and distance winners Catch Cunningham and Nogo's Dream look the most obvious dangers.

20:00 WOLVERHAMPTON

The penultimate race on the card at Wolverhampton this evening looks a great opportunity for top-weight Maharajas Express to get back to winning ways. A close second earlier in the week looks something the five-year-old can build upon as he looks set to go one better this time around.

Toussarok showed positive signs when fourth over course and distance two starts back and could outrun his odds.
