We're back for another weekly roundup of recent winners you have to pay close attention to. Here's who Alan Morris thinks you should put in your trackers. MELISSA HONEY (M HERRINGTON)

Melissa Honey has won twice in the last month but from a very low mark and this 4yo filly has scope for further improvement over her winning distance of 6f and potentially over 7f. She won cosily in a small field, travelling from last to first at Leicester this week off 54. In contrast she had previously won a big-field handicap comfortably at Doncaster with a good second at Pontefract in between. With form over straight and turning tracks and a little good to soft and Southwell places, alongside firmer ground winning form, she is looking like a horse the handicappers cannot get a grip on as she improves.

ZABEEL ALKABEIR (J TATE)

Zabeel Alkabeir made a disappointing reappearance on the face of it at Kempton last week but he ran freely and aggressively from a wide draw, fading late on and can improve for this run. He had two wins from three races as a 3yo after being unraced at two, interspersed with a Group Two failure, but might be able to sneak back into a 0-80 after this defeat. The 4yo colt has been kept from fast ground it seems so far, with wins on good and at Southwell. a mile should suit this half-brother to Cairo if settling better but 7f is fine on this evidence.
