Alan Morris has an extra horse he's keen to follow this week and gives three recent runners you need to keep an eye out for. FAIR CALL (J Camacho)

Fair Call had three runs with signs of promise amidst inexperience as a 2yo, either side of being bought back in by her trainer Julie Camacho at the October Sales. She re-appeared at Redcar on 26th May and is still showing signs of temperament, being taken down early again in a hood, but looked more competitive than before in a bunch finish after a mini-stumble and being crowded out. It may be 6f before we see the best of her but she remains a horse with potential for her excellent trainer to unlock.

TELE RED (K Burke)

Tele Red had a solid comeback run over 1m at Thirsk from a wide draw and followed this up with a respectable mid-division performance over 7f on Saturday, running on over the shortest trip the 8yo gelding has ever faced to finish 9/21 at 40-1. The consistent veteran is not improving but is dropping down the handicap whilst still showing signs of life and back in a class 5 could be set to strike over 8-10f. Tele Red usually races more prominently and has gone well for stable apprentices and an amateur in the past.

MIST ROLLIN IN (S Hollinshead)

Not many pundits will be expecting Mist Rollin In to sprout wings any time soon but it’s possible Steph Hollinshead could find the key to the lightly-raced 4yo from a very low mark of 48 and it’s likely to be at big odds if she can. He had two fair placed runs at 3 for Declan Carroll staying on well enough over a mile but has been racing prominently over a variety of trips and wasn’t entirely disgraced over Beverley’s tough 8 ½ f being eased late on. Maybe a slightly less aggressive ride over 8-10f would be the ideal scenario. CURRENT HOTLIST:
