TODAY'S TIPS (FRIDAY)

Dean Kilbryde aims to round off the week in style with selections from Sedgefield and Fontwell as he hopes to land some winners over jumps. 17:32 SEDGEFIELD

Tom Creen hasn’t been seen since unseating his rider in April and at eleven isn’t getting any younger, however does boast an excellent record over track and trip with four wins and a second from seven attempts. He’s also ran well on return from lengthy absences before and he’s 6lbs lower than his last winning mark so looks worth considering on return, for a trainer who tends to do well with her runners at the course.

Delpotro carries top-weight but both career wins have come here at Sedgefield and he finished ahead of a subsequent winner when second at Stratford when last seen so he looks sure to be in the mix, with Huit Reflets and Thank You Blue also running well here in the past.

19:00 FONTWELL

She Is For Me Boys is unbeaten in two here at Fontwell and while those came over smaller obstacles she’s also won a couple of races elsewhere over fences. She runs for a stable who have posted four wins from six runners in August, is partnered with Isabelle Ryder who claims a handy 5lbs and both has the necessary speed to be able to either make the running or sit in a prominent position just behind and the stamina to keep on right through the line.

Person Of Interest arrives in good form having won at Uttoxeter on penultimate run and looked the most likely winner before a bad mistake at the final flight left her booked for second when last seen, however a further 5lbs rise and a step up in class makes things tougher so the bigger danger could be Martins Denuo who is a multiple winner in France, gets weight from all and is further aided by Rian Corcoran’s 5lbs claim on first run for David Pipe.
