Matt Polley previews the best of Monday's racing action as he pinpoints runners from Lingfield and Ayr to kick start the week. 14:45 LINGFIELDÂ
Perfect Nation is likely to be a prohibitive price based on his two year old debut at Windsor.
He did race quite freely however, and his effort slightly flattened out over the six furlongs. He should know more this time, and will certainly be on the scene.
Cavalier just gets the nod. He went off fav for a decent looking Newbury maiden, and despite being green, finished the race well.
This seven furlongs looks ideal, and he could be the value.
CAVALIER (WIN)

The usual suspects appear in this sprint handicap, notably, Woven, Rousing Encore and Jordan Electrics. All should be thereabouts.
The horse the might just be ahead of his mark is Territorial Knight.
He wasn’t suited by the small field, fast ground scenario at Doncaster last time.
A drop of rain will be fine, and if he repeats his fifth in last seasons bronze cup, he’ll go very close.
