Pundit Rory Paddock picks out three runners he expects to do the business to ensure Thursday is profitable. 19:04 SALISBURY
German-bred Siena Storm caught the eye when finishing a solid fourth of 13 on debut in what looked a strong maiden at Goodwood, with several of the leading yards represented. She should have learnt plenty from that experience and this step up to a mile looks likely to suit.
Indian Lights commands respect, while Andrew Balding's Clarity is another with obvious claims, but Siena Storm remains open to plenty of improvement and looks the one to beat.
SIENA STORM (WIN)
19:58 LINGFIELD
Handicap debutants South West and Viking Barbie look the two standout contenders, with preference narrowly for the Richard Hughes-trained South West.
He was a comfortable winner last time out and, although conceding weight to the Ollie Sangster-trained filly, it's difficult not to be impressed by the manner of that victory. A repeat of that performance should put him firmly in the mix and he can follow up on his handicap debut.
SOUTH WEST (WIN)
20:11 WINDSOR
Mythological Star arrives seeking a hat-trick after winning over this course just a handful of days ago and looks difficult to oppose under just a 2lb rise.
Billy Loughnane retains the ride and, although two of his three rivals also arrive on the back of victories, the selection is clearly thriving at present and could prove tough to stop once again.
Fellow course winner Impossible Mission looks the most likely danger if the favourite fails to fire.
