Saxophonic has a beautiful pedigree, and is with a top operation, however, he’s been gelded already and has plenty of stamina in his pedigree, suggesting a mile round this tight track may not see him in his best light.

Tewksbury seems a much more viable option. He already has a promising debut under his belt, and is a half brother to the yards useful Telemark. He’s the sensible selection.
