TODAYS TIPS (MONDAY)

Matt Polley focuses on Monday’s action from Wolverhampton as he aims to kick start the week with a few winners.

19:30 WOLVERHAMPTON 

Monty Beau is rising five, and this will be his handicap debut. Interesting connections are giving him time.

Serious Look is a course winner, and there’s no obvious reason why he won’t be thereabouts, however, King Of Charm has the look of a well handicapped individual.

Some of his back form is above this level, and he was well supported in the market last time.

KING OF CHARM (WIN)

20:30 WOLVERHAMPTON 

Thirteen runners around the six furlongs here means you need an element of good fortune with track positions.

Brakeman is unexposed, but his opening mark is not overly generous.

Northcliff was in great nick last spring/summer and his mark is falling again.

Havana Sky just got run out of it last time, however a fast fun six is probably his optimum, and if he can hold a good position turning in, he’ll come home strongly.
