Hengest is a lightly race four year old, from a nice family, and is trying to find his feet. His latest start at Epsom in a decent novice showed there was plenty of ability to be unlocked, and this step up in trip could be the key.

Photosynthesis will run his race, but this track may just be sharp enough for him.

Diligently and Change Sings with both be suited by the track, but Zoulu Chief is given a chance to brush off his slightly underwhelming effort at Leicester last time. The undulations there may have just caught him out, and back on this flatter track, he’s taken to regain the winning thread.
