ITV's 'Sunday Series' heads up to Scotland to take in the card from Hamilton.
The team previews every race right here. 15:45 HAMILTON
Just the 5 declared for this novice stakes, only two of which we’ve seen before. Big Fun ran a huge race on debut when 2nd to one with experience and the 3rd has gone on to run well since so I expect him to be favourite. Daizen finished midfield behind a well above average sort and could improve at a bigger price. But my selection will be Geysayed, there is no better two year old trainer in my opinion than Karl Burke, this fully receives weight all round and any market confidence would be encouraging
GEYSAYED (WIN)

A tricky handicap race. Lord Roxby comes here pretty much up at the top of weights and although got away with it winning last time its hard to see lightning striking twice and I think there is more value to be had.
Far Above The Law one last time out but the eight pound rise looks a bit harsh but he does run his race most the times and one perhaps for place market.
Educating Rita is the only one of two runners here with course and distance form. She would be my choice here. I think its interesting they have come back here with her. Only seventh last time out but that could just of been one to blow away the cobwebs out. she is slowly creeping down the weights as well. Clifford Lee a reliable jockey on board as well. I Think she is the value each way play here

Sam Hawkens, a winner last time out on the all weather is the likely favourite however his best turf form has come under heavy and soft conditions so will need a deluge of rain to be seen to his best. La Pulga is potentially the each way angle in the race, has to bounce back to form after a disappointing run at York but is more than capable of hitting the frame albeit he's still 3lb higher than his highest winning mark so is vulnerable for win purposes. Kings Scholar winner of his last two starts and seems pretty versatile groud-wise and looks potentially still ahead of the handicapper over this sort of trip, course and distance winner last time beating another of today's rivals when seeing out the final furlong really strongly, could improve even further down the line when trying 2 mile for the first time so will be definitely one for the notebook.
KING'S SCHOLAR (WIN)

Marching Mac bounced back to form last time at Epsom, but might need to come down a few more pounds before winning.
Bergerac will almost certainly run his usual honest race, and will go close.
A chance is taken with Manila Scouse to bounce back to form. He’s a course and distance winner, and he’s feasibly weighted after a couple of races that weren’t ideal for him.

Viennoise won despite having an awkward passage throughout and there is every chance that she can make it two in a row for connections. Zapphire won last time out whilst also encountering a troublesome passage and Ryan Sexton keeps the ride. She can also defy a 4lbs rise. Surprised won at Beverley and has excuses for her other two races. Connections are going well and if she can handle the extra distance and not race too keenly, she’ll be hard to beat.
SURPRISED (WIN)

An open competitive handicap and a fair bit of rain forecast at the time of writing, Sir Garfield and Rock Melody's stamina may come in to play along with their good current form and previous Hamilton victories. This will be a different challenge to Hectic's recent Ripon win on Good to Firm with the uphill finish here proving a test. Hour By Hour has finished second in his last two reappearances and with trainers targeting the good prize money in these Sunday Series it may be safe to assume this has been the plan for this 3-time CD winner and is fit enough first time up.

The final race on the card looks pretty competitive and the Ian Williams trained duo look lovely contenders. Last time out victor Gallant Lion aims to make it back to back wins but this looks a tougher test and although it’d be foolish to discount them entirely it’s stablemate Whathappensinvegas makes more appeal. Two third placed finishes ha seen an upturn in form and he looks primed to go even closer this evening.
At bigger odds Dandy’s Angel and Spanish Hustle look lively outsiders who could outrun their prices.
