THE HOTLIST

A little break for Alan Morris but after a good shuffle of his hotlist horses he returns with another duo of recent runners who you have to know in the hunt for future profits. WHERE’S CATO (C WILLIAMS)

Where’s Cato made a pleasing comeback over hurdles at Chepstow last week in a reasonable race for the grade and looks to be on an exploitable mark over hurdles or fences. The 7yo mare had a fair campaign as a point to pointer prior to a hurdle and chase win last season and it will be interesting to see how she gets on over fences for stable jockey Adam Wedge for the first time. 2m 5f - 3m looks ideal and she may mix between the two disciplines again..

THAT’S IT PADDY (G HARRIS)

That’s It Paddy made a pleasing reappearance over 2m 3f on debut for Grace Harris at Chepstow and should get a workable handicap mark after two previous hurdle races in Ireland. The 5yo gelding may not fully realise his potential until chasing over further but can win over hurdles on this evidence. His dam won the Ulster Grand National and he is a half-brother to two 3m chasers including Neon Moon. He did start favourite for two point-to-points but disappointed on his second run after a fair debut. His full sister That’s It Ruby may also progress in Ireland over time. CURRENT HOTLIST:
