Alan Morris takes a look at Thursday's action from Carlisle and Lingfield as he hunts down some value for his Thursday tips. 14:00 CARLISLE

A Novice Amateur Jockeys Handicap with some inexperienced riders on display. The competent Jack Loughnane has ridden the most in recent times but still claims 3lb here in search of his first win and teams up with Titian. Titian looks to be running into form alongside his stable and is in a Class 5 for the first time in years, looking a strong early each-way bet. Sanafi Zabeel is a threat from the front but looks short for a race of this nature. On The Bubble could outrun her odds at a large price back down in trip.

At long odds Kaaress is given a chance to come on for his recent reappearance following a break. The Course and Distance winner has a good draw to exploit. Callum Hutchinson knows Freedom Bay well by now but the 4yo filly does not look one to be taking a short price about for the win, with another wide draw here. Lady Aiyana is unexposed and could still  improve beyond her rating and this grade.
