Alan Morris takes a look over the last weeks action and picks out two runs you should be following closely and adding in your racing trackers. JACQUELINA (P McEentee)

Jacquelina has been slipping down to a more reasonable mark as her front-running 5f style over 5f has been difficult to exploit in some tough class 3 and 4 handicaps with bigger competitive fields. She looks primed to hit a sweet spot soon in class and conditions, particularly if we get a little juice in the ground.

The. 6yo mare ran well at Newmarket on Saturday, weakening very late on and is one to keep a keen eye on.

MYSTICAL MARIA (R Fahey)

Mystical Maria should be able to press on for her recent success at Redcar over 10f off a reduced mark off 57 under a good ride from the rear under Oisin Orr. 12f could be an option on this display but a well-run 10f like this is ideal and further success at a modest grade is foreseeable.
