TODAY’S TIPS (MONDAY)

Matt Polley hopes to start the week with some winners as he picks out two runners at Wolverhampton he’s following this Monday.

The Anthony Gover is an improving three year old who has course form and the assistance of the champion jockey. He surely has to be on the scene.

Lunella is interesting on handicap debut. He comes from a stable that know the time of day,, but the trip is an unknown.

Serious Look is now well enough handicapped to be of interest. He’s a regular around here and the capable Zoe Lewis claims a valuable allowance.

Montezin was a good winner at Southwell last time. He looks like he still has plenty of room in his mark, but it’s unknown if this less galloping track will suit.

The Dragon King has undoubted ability, but is difficult to win with.

A chance is taken on Warm Spell to recover some of his back form when with Roger Varian, which reads well in the context of this race. Any resemblance of that should see him run into a place at least.
